HOW DO I BOOK? AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

To secure your date & time, a $100 deposit payment (non-refundable) will be required within 7 days from your invoice date.
Alongside receiving your invoice, you will also be sent a contract to sign & a questionnaire to fill out - be sure to fill this out in depth and advise of any specific requests at this time.
Where are you located? Do you offer travel?
I am based out of Parkes, NSW.
I offer free travel within a 10km radius of Parkes. For each additional km outside of this area, a $1.00 per km charge will apply.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY GALLERY?
You will receive your images back within 6 weeks from your shoot date.
Need your gallery sooner? Receive it back within 48hrs - Gallery rush fee of $150 applicable.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER?
Absolutely!!
Gift Vouchers are available for purchase year-round and are valid for 3 years. You can also lock in current pricing by prepaying a session but this must be used within 12 months.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
To secure a date with me, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining total will be due for payment 7 days prior to your session date, and our invoicing system will automatically remind you of your upcoming final payment.
Payment plans also available.
Lateness of payments not discussed with or communicated in advance to Daisy Grace Studio may lead to your session being cancelled and incur a loss of deposit - this will be at the discretion of the photographer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Outdoor sessions are impacted heavily by the weather. In the event of rain or strong winds, your session will be rescheduled. A mutual decision will be made to go ahead or postpone, up to 2 hours prior to starting time for regular sessions & 30 minutes prior to starting time for mini sessions. Special occasion portraits (Debutantes & Graduates) will always go ahead in the event of adverse weather - your location will be moved to an indoor or undercover location of choice.
All clients will receive a contract upon booking, in which they agree to pay a $100 deposit in order to secure their date with Daisy Grace Studio. This is a non-refundable fee, that will be retained by Daisy Grace Studio to offset the loss of business incurred from holding said date.
Cancellations with 7+ days of notice will receive a grace period of 48hrs to rebook a future date using their original deposit as credit. If the client so chooses to not rebook within said timeframe, they forfeit their deposit completely.
Cancellations with less than 7 days of notice will forfeit their deposit entirely.
No-shows will forfeit 100% of the session total.
